About Me
I'm a UX generalist who's driven by the potential of digital design. Originally an editorial designer, I spent over a decade launching titles, leading redesigns, winning awards and working on crafting thousands of pages.
An interest in learning more about human-centred processes, led me to study user experience design, and expand my focus to include digital mediums.
Around 10 years ago a realization that I was more interested in designing within an evidence-based, human-centred processes, led me to study user experience design, and expand my focus to include digital mediums.
Since 2016 I've been working in UX design roles in digital agencies. I'm currently at No Fixed Address where I work as Senior UX Designer on projects for Questrade, Tridel, Aviva, Hivestack and Dairy Farmers of Ontario. Prior to that I was at Tribal Worldwide / DDB working for Volkswagen, Samsung, GO Transit, Nestlé, Tourism Nova Scotia and Natures Way.
I'm comfortable working during any stage of the project lifecycle. From initial stakeholder interviews to delivering high-fidelity artwork, I'm passionate about every phase of the process.

I have moderated hundreds, possibly thousands of usability tests. It's a humbling experience to watch someone struggle to understand something you've created. It's made me a better designer.
